Payment
Payment is accepted by cash or e-transfer. A deposit may be required before work begins, depending on the service. Any deposit amount and payment arrangements will be confirmed with you in advance. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the service.Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment.Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
Sneakers are assessed before work begins. Existing wear, stains, discoloration, sole separation, material damage, and previous repair or restoration attempts may affect the results. We will discuss any visible concerns and relevant treatment limitations before proceeding.Pickup & Drop-Off
Please ensure sneakers are dry and reasonably free of excessive mud or loose debris before drop-off or pickup. Additional preparation may be required for heavily soiled or wet footwear.Privacy
We use the contact information you provide to respond to enquiries, assess service requests, coordinate appointments, and provide service updates. Photos submitted with your request are used to assess the condition of your sneakers and discuss suitable services. We do not sell your personal information.
